Form 1041
The IRS form 1041 is the tax return for estates and trusts. It is used to report income, deductions, gains and losses of the estate or trust. We have a dedicated team of CPAs and accountants who prepare hundreds of fiduciary returns covering a wide variety of often difficult and at times contentious estates.
We often give clients advice on how to handle specific issues of related estates and the best way to administer and value assets in order to save estates thousands of dollars in estate and capital gains taxes.
